R. Olliphant, M. D., President Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, personally appeared ????????, a native of Louisiana residing in Carrollton who hereby declares, that on the Twelfth day of April 1888 (April 12, 1888) at 73 Washington Street was born a Female child, named Augusta Leontine Boesch (White) Lawful issue of George Boesch a native of Louisiana aged 30 years, occupation Levee Foreman and Wilhelmina Ahrens a native of Germany aged 26 years. Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid ???????? as also in that of Messrs. P. Henry Lanauze and A. P.
