D., President Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, personally appeared: Edward Boesch, a native of Louisiana, residing No. (127) North Peters Street who hereby declares, that on the eighteenth day of December 1880 (18th Dec 1880) at the aforesaid residence was born a male child, named Bernard Edward Boesch (white) lawful issue of Deponent a native of Louisiana aged 36 years, occupation Carpenter and Helena Mullen a native of Germany, aged 32 years. Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid Edward Boesch as also in that of Messrs. H. Peralta & P. H.
