Be it Remembered, That on this day to-wit:  the Fifteenth of June 
in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and ninety four 
and the One Hundred and Eighteenth of the independence of the United 
States of America, before me, S. R. Olliphant, M. D., President Board 
of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages in 
and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, 

personally appeared 
O. A. Trezauant, native of Louisiana residing in Carrollton who hereby 
declares, that on the Twenty fifth day of November 1885 (Nov 25, 1885) 
at 43 Washington street was born a male child, named 

			GEORGE CHARLES BOESCH (White) 

Lawful issue of George Boesch a native of Louisiana aged 28 years, 
occupation Grocer and Wilhelmina Ahrens a native of Germany, aged 24 
years.

Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid O. A. 
Trezauant as also in that of Messrs. P. Henry Lanauze and A. P. Smith 
both of this City witnesses, by me requested so to be, who have here
unto set their hands together with me after due reading hereof, the day, 
month and year first above written.
