R. Olliphant, M. D., President Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, personally appeared O. A. Trezauant, native of Louisiana residing in Carrollton who hereby declares, that on the Twenty fifth day of November 1885 (Nov 25, 1885) at 43 Washington street was born a male child, named GEORGE CHARLES BOESCH (White) Lawful issue of George Boesch a native of Louisiana aged 28 years, occupation Grocer and Wilhelmina Ahrens a native of Germany, aged 24 years. Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid O. A. Trezauant as also in that of Messrs. P. Henry Lanauze and A. P.
