Choppin, M.D. President Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, personally appeared : Leopold Berner, a native of Germany residing on Birbin between Camp & Magazine streets who hereby declares that on the Thirtieth day of August last year (30 Aug 1878) at his aforesaid residence was born a female child, named Mary Louisa Berner (white) Lawful issue of Deponent a native of Germany aged 3? years, occupation Tinner and Anna Sabath?e a native of Germany aged 33 years. Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid L. Berner as also that of Messes S. E.
