Be it Remembered, That on this day, to wit: 6 of October 1886 ... 

personally appeared, 
Pietro Culotta, a native of Palermo, Italy, residing No 134 Bourbon 
St., who hereby declares that on 23 day of May 1886 at his aforesaid 
residence was born a female child, named 

			Teresa Culotta (white) 

lawful issue of deponent, a native of Palermao, Italy, aged 34 years, 
occupation, Commission merchant and Marianna Gulotta, a native of 
Palermo, Italy, aged 29 years. 

Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid Pietro Culotta, ...
