Be it remembered that on this day to wit, the Fifth of June in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three and the one hundred and
seventeenth of the Independence of the United States of America, before me,
S. R. Olliphant, M. D., President Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of
Births Deaths and Marriages in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans
personally appeared

Peter A. Carreras a native of N.O. La. residing No.162 Washington Ave. who
hereby declares that on the Twenty-second of May 1893 ( May 22nd, 1893) at
his residencewas born a male child, named

		William Frank Carreras (white)

Lawful issue of Peter A. Carreras a native of N.O. La. aged 34 years,
occupation Clerk and Josephine T. Klung a native of N.O., La., aged 33
years,

Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid P. A. Carreras as
also in that of Messrs. P. H. Lanauze & Alb. A. Voorhies both of this city,
witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands
together with me, after due reading hereof the day, month and year first
above written.
