R. Olliphant, MD, president Board of Health and Ex-Officio Records of Births, Deaths, and marriages in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans personally appeared John E. Coyne, a native of N.O., LA residing Algiers (city) who hereby declares that on the nineteenth of September 1892 (Sept. 19th, 1892) at his residence was born a female child, named Nora Elizabeth Coyne (White) lawful issue of Deponent a native of LA aged 30 years, occupation Fireman and Julia Mary Nolan, a native of LA aged 28 years. This done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid John E. Coyne as also in that of Messrs. Ph. H. Lanauze and M. Gu?rand both of this city witnesses by me requested as to be who have hereunto set their hands together with me after reading hereof, this day, month and year first above written.
