Be it Remembered, That on this day to-wit: the Twenty Third of April in
the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy-
Six...personally appeared:  

A. Courcelle a native of New Orleans residing at No. 156 Frenchmen Street 
in this city who hereby declares that on the tenth day of April of this 
present year, (April 10, 1877) on half past 2? o'clock a.m. at deponent 
residence was born a male child named 

	Henry Courcelle, 

Lawful issue of deponent with Mary Deslonde, a native of New Orleans. 
Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid A Courcelle 
as also in that of Messrs. H. Golen and Jos Davis both of this city...
