Be it remember that on this day to wit the ***** of ***** in the 
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ***** and the 
ninty ***** of the independence of the untied stats of america 
before me ***** duly commissioned and sworn recorder of births 
and deaths in and for the parish and city of new orleans 

personally appeared:
Henry Fabian a native of Banarig Va France?? ***** residing corner 
of Poydras and Clara streets in this city who hereby declares that 
on the twenty sixth day of November eighteen hundred and sixty three 
at six o'clock a.m. at depondants residence was born a female child 
named 

			Henrietta Fabian 

issue of the lawful marriage of deponant with Sophia Finck a 
native of France.

Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid Henry 
Fabian as also in that of Messrs ***** and ***** both of this 
city witnesses by me requested so to be who have hereunto set 
their hands together with me after due reading hereof the day, 
month and year first above written.
