A. Olliphant, President Board of Health and Ex-Officio recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, personally appeared James Farrell, native of this city, residing at No. 87 Perdido Street, who hereby declares that on the first day of April 1885 (1 April 1885) at No. 147 Clara St. was born a female child, named Nellie Farrell (white) lawful issue of John Farrell a native of this city age 26 years, occupation Laborer and Mary Swords, a native of this city, age 25 years.
