Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit: the Seventh of August
in the year of our Lord, One Thousand, eight Hundred and ninety 
four and the One Hundred and ninethenth of the Independence of 
the Untied States of America, before me, S R Olliphant M.D., 
Chairman of the Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, 
Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish of Orleans, and the city 
of New Orleans, 

Personally appeared 
Frederick W Fullmer native of this city residing at # 1407 
Tchoupitals Street who Hereby declares that on the twenty 
eighth of Febraury 1893 (02-28-1893) was born a female child 
named 

			Celestine Isabelle Fullmer ( white ) 

issue of deponent a native of this city age 39 years, occupation 
Butcher and Dina E Stingle a native of Iberville Louisiana age 37 
years.

Thus done at New Orleans, in the preasence of the aforesaid 
F W Fullmer as also in that of P H Lanauze & L B Gehllach?? 
both of this city, witnesses by me requested so to be, who 
have set their hands together with me, after reading hereof 
this day, month and year first above written.
