Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit: the  Eighth of July
in the year of our Lord, One Thousand, eight Hundred and ninety
and the One Hundred and Fiftenth of the Independence of the Untied 
States of America, before me, S R Olliphant M.D., Chairman of the 
Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and 
Marriages, in and for the Parish of Orleans, and the city of New 
Orleans, 

Personally appeared 
Frederick W Fullmer native of this city residing at # 1407 Tchoupitals 
Street who Hereby declares that on the ninetenth day of December 1883 
(12-19-1883) was born a female child named 

			Clara May Fullmer ( white ) 

issue of deponent a native of this city age 36 years, occupation Butcher
and Dina E Stingle a native of Iberville Louisiana age 34 years.

	Thus done at New Orleans, in the preasence of the aforesaid 
F W Fullmer as also in that of P H Lanauze & A A ???? both of this 
city, witnesses by me requested so to be, who have set their hands 
together with me, after reading hereof this day, month and year first 
above written.
