Be it remembered that on this day to wit the seventh of August 
in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred ninety four and the one 
hundred and nineth of the Independce of the United States of 
America before me John Callan MD chairman of the Board of Health 
and Ex-Officio Recorder of Birth's, Deaths, and Marriages in and 
for the Parish of Orleans and the city of New Orleans

personally appeared 
Frederick William Fullmer native of this city residing at 1447 
Tchopatoulas who hereby declares on the twenty day of January 
eighteen hundred ninety one. (01-21-1891) was born a male child

		Felicien Francis Fullmer

(white) issue of deponent a native of this city age 37 years 
occupation butcher and Dina Stingel a native of Louisiana age 
35 years.

Thus done in the preasence of the aforesaid F W Fullmer as also 
in that of P H Lanauze and L B ???? both of this city witness by 
me requested so to be have set their hands together with me after 
reading hereof this day month and year first above written.
