Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit: the  Sevententh of 
October in the year of our Lord, One Thousand, eight Hundred 
and eighty two and the One Hundred and seventh of the 
Independence of the Untied States of America, before me, 
Joseph Jones M.D., Chairman of the Board of Health and 
Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and 
for the Parish of Orleans, and the city of New Orleans, 

Personally appeared 
Henry B Fullmer native of Delawareresiding at # 156 Roman 
Street who Hereby declares that on thirty first of March 
1882 ( 03-31-1882 ) was born a female child named 

		Mary Elizabeth Fullmer ( white ) 

issue of deponent a native of Deleware age 34 years, occupation 
engineer and wid Elizabeth D???? born Dawling a native of 
New Orleans age 30 years.

Thus done at New Orleans, in the preasence of the aforesaid H 
B Fullmer as also in that of PH Lanauze & BB Howard both of 
this city, witnesses by me requested so to be, who have set 
their hands together with me, after reading hereof this day, 
month and year first above written.
