Be it Remembered, That on this day, to-wit: the Fourteenth of 
August in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and 
Seventy-seven, [14 August 1877]and the One Hundreth and Second
of the Independence of the United States of America, before me 
Samuel Choppin, M. D., President of the Board of Health, and 
Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Marriages and Deaths, in and for 
the Parish and City of New Orleans, 

personally appeared: 
Eugene Garcia; native of this city Residing 51 Ursulines St. Aged 
22 years, Occupation: Clerk who hereby declares that at Bourbon 
bet. St. Ann and Main Streets in this city on the 27th February 
1877 at 2 o'clock a.m. was born a female child, named 

			Marie Louise Angela Garcia (White)

Lawful issue of Eugene Garcia Aged 22 years Native of this city. 
Occupation Clerk and Marie Anne Hercyna Baudier Aged 21 years 
Native of this city.

Thus Done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid Eugene Garcia ....
