Be it Remembered, That on this day, to-wit:  the Twenty-fifth of May
in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy-five 
and the Ninety-Ninth of the Independence of the United States of 
America, before me G. Casanave, duly commissioned and sworn Recorder 
of Births, Marriages and Deaths, in and for the Parish and City of 
New Orleans, 

personally appeared:
Gaitano Randazzo a native of Italy residing at No. 34 St. Peter Street 
in this City who herby declares that on the Seventeenth day of January 
of this present year, January 17th, 1875, at Eight O’clock P. M. at No. 
124 Esplanade Street in this City was born a female child named 

			MARIA GRACIA GREGO 

Lawful issue of Pascal Grego with Catherine Vedigit a native of Italy.

Thus Done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid Gaitano Randazzo 
as also in that of Messrs. H. Cohen & Jas. Davis both of this City, witnesses 
by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands, together with me, 
after due reading hereof, the day, month and year first above written.
