Be it Remembered, that on this day to wit: the Fifth of November 
in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred ninety three 
and the one Hundred and eightenth of the independence of the 
United States of America, before me, S R olliphant M D President 
Board of Health and Ex-officio Recorder of Births, Deaths, and 
Marriages, in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, 

personally appeared 
Paul Granzin native of Germany residing at  Coliseum & Constamtion 
who hereby declares that on the twenty fourth of Nov 1891 (Nov 24 
1891) at his residence was born a male child named

		Raymond D Granzin (White)

lawful issue of Deponent a native of this city aged 47 years 
occupation wathcmaker and Mary E Fullmer a native of New 
Orleans aged 45 years.

Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid P Granzin 
also in that of Messers P H Lananza and ??? both of this city 
witnesses by me requested so to be, who have herewith set their 
hands together with me, after due reading hereof, the day, month, 
and year first above written.
