Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit the thirtenth of March in 
this year of our Lord One Thousand Nine hundred and the One Hundred 
and 24 of the independence of the United States of America before me 
Quitman Kohnke M D chairman Board of Health and Ex-office Recorder 
of Births, Deaths and Marriages in and for the Parish and City of 
New Orleans

personally appeared
Catherine Grennon born Fullmer a native of this city residing at No 
4109 Water St who hereby declares that on the thirtenth day of January 
1900 (13 January 1900) at her residence was born a female child named 

		Edwina Catherine Grennon(white)

lawful issue of WIlliam Grennon native of this city aged 41 years 
occupation laborer and the Catherine Fullmer a native of this city 
aged 35 years.

Thus done in the presence of the aforesaid Catherine F Grennon as also 
in that of Messrs P H Lananza and Jos O'Dowd both of this city witnesses 
by me requested so to be, who have herewith set their hands together with 
me, after due reading hereof, the day, month, and year first above written.
