Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit the Tenth of May in this 
year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Seventh and 
the One Hundred and 21st of the independence of the United States 
of America before me S R Olliphant M D president Board of Health 
and Ex-office Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages in and for 
the Parish and City of New Orleans

personally appeared
Catherine F Grennon born Fullmer a native of La residing at No 4109 
Water St who hereby declares that on the twenty fifth day of June 
1893 (25 June 1893) at her residence was born a male child named 

		William Joseph Grennon(white)

lawful issue of WIlliam Grennon native of La aged 38 years occupation 
laborer and the depondant a native of La aged 33 years.

Thus done in the presence of the aforesaid Catherine F Grennon as also 
in that of Messrs P H Lananza and R Paul both of this city witnesses by 
me requested so to be, who have herewith set their hands together with 
me, after due reading hereof, the day, month, and year first above written.
