Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit: the Eightenth of February 
in the year of our Lord, One Thousand, eight Hundred and ninety nine 
and the One Hundred and 23 of the Independence of the Untied States 
of America, before me, Kohnke  M.D., Chairman of the Board of Health 
and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for 
the Parish of Orleans, and the city of New Orleans, 

Personally appeared 
Louis Hyman native of this city residing at No 1601 S Rampart St who 
hereby declares that on the ninth of December 1898 (9 Dec 1898) at 
his residence was born a male child named 

			Harry Hyman (White)

lawful issue of Deponent a native of this city aged 29 years occupation 
salesman and Mary E Haggerty a native of La aged 23 years.

Thus done at New Orleans, in the preasence of the aforesaid L Hyman as 
also in that of P H Lanauze & Jos O'Dowd both of this city, witnesses 
by me requested so to be, who have set their hands together with me, 
after reading hereof this day, month and year first above written.
