Be it Remembered, That on this day, to-wit:  the Eight of May in
the year of our Lord 1890 and the One Hundred and 14th of the Independence
ofthe United States of America, before S.R. Olliphant, M. D.,
Chairman Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births,
Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans,
personally appeared:

B. Cohen, native of La. residing in this city who hereby declares, that on
the 2nd day of December 1889 (December 2, 1889) at No. 424 Poydras St was
born a male child, named

		Edward William Hoerner (white)

lawful issue of Edward Hoerner, a native of N.O. La. aged 26 years,
occupation ??? Smith and Lena Sperber a native of N.O.La., aged 21 years.

Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid B. Cohen as also
in that of Messes P H Lanauze & ???????? both of this City,
witnesses, by me requested so to be, who have here unto set their hands
together with me, after due reading hereof, the day, month and year
first above written.
