M. Crozat, duly commissioned and sworn Recorder of Births and Deaths in and for the Parish and City of Orleans personally appeared Joseph Joubert, a native of New Orleans residing in this city on St. Philipp street between Johnson and Galvez streets who by these presents declares that on the twenty-ninth day of September (29th September, 1866) at half past eight o'clock P. M. was born at the deponent's aforesaid residence a male child named George Joubert, issue of the lawful marriage of deponent with Estelle Buisson, a native of New Orleans, La.. Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid Joseph Joubert as also in that of Messrs. Paul E Crozat and H. M. Crozat both of this city, witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands together with me, after due reading hereof the day, month and year first above written.
