Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit: the ninetenth of June in 
the year of our Lord One Thousand eight Hundred and ninty three and 
the One Hundred and Sevententh of the Independence of the Untied 
States of  America, before me, S R Olliphant M.D., Chairman of the 
Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and 
Marriages, in and for the Parish of Orleans, and the city of New 
Orleans, 

Personally appeared 
Felicie Kelly native of St James Parish residing at in this city who 
hereby declares that on the twelfth day of Sept 1892 (Sept 12th 1892) 
at the Charity Hospital a female child named 

		Edna Kelly (White)

lawful issue of Wm Kelly a native of St Louis Mo aged 48 years occupation 
Laborer and Felicia Klebert a native of this city aged 51 years.


Thus done at New Orleans, in the preasence of the aforesaid Felicie Kelly 
as also in that of P H Lanauze & ???? both of this city, witnesses by me 
requested so to be, who have set their hands together with me, after 
reading hereof this day, month and year first above written.
