Be it Remembered, That on this day to-wit: the Twenty Fourth 
of July in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and 
Ninety and the One Hundred and Fifteenth of the independence of 
the United States of America, before me, S. R. Olliphant, M.D., 
President Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, 
Deaths, and Marriages, in and for the Parish and City of New 
Orleans, 

personally appeared 
Emile H. Larose, native of this city residing at No. 594 N. 
Claiborne St. who hereby declares, that on the fifteenth 
day of this present month (15 July 1890) at his residence 
was born a female child, named 

			Louise Larose (white) 

lawful issue of deponent a native of this city aged 26 years, 
occupation Clerk and Regina Prevost a native of this city, aged 
24 years, 

Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid
