R. Olliphant, MD, President, Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths, and Marriages in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, personally appeared, Lea J. Burton, a native of Louisiana, residing at 28 Newton St., Algiers, who hereby declares that on the 10th day of February 1889 (Feb. 10, 1889) at his residence, was born a female child, named Olive Isaphene McLean, (white), lawful issue of John O. McLean, a native of Louisiana, aged 36 years, occupation, Ship Carpenter, and Elizabeth H. Aikman, a native of Louisiana, aged 30 years. This done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid, Lea J. Burton, as also in that of Messrs, P. H. Lanauze and A. P. Smith, both of this city, witnesses, by me requested so to be who have hereunto set their hands together with me after due reading hereof, the day, month and year found above written.
