Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit: the ????? of May in the year of 
our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and sixty  and the eighty ????? of the 
Independence of the United States of America, before me, Pierre Lacoste, 
duly commisioned and sworn Recorder of Births and Deaths, in and for the 
Parish and City of Orleans personally appeared

Mrs. Catherine Miltimore born Brady  aged thirty five years native of
Dublin, Ireland residing in this city on ??????? St who by this presents
declares that on
the Twenty sixth of November eighteen hundred & Fifty eight
(26 Nov 1858) at ? oclock was born in this city a Female child named

		Theodore Miltimore  

issue of the legitimate marriage of deponent with Charles Miltimore native 
of Boreaux, France

Thus DONE at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid Mrs. Catherine
Miltimore as also in that of Messes ???????????   ?????????????? both of 
this city, witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their 
hands together with me after due reading hereof, the day, month and year 
first above written
