All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http:/www.usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ************************************************ Be it remembered, that on this day, to wit, the First of November in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and eighty-six and the one hundred and eleventh of the Independence of the United States of America, before me, Joseph Holt, M.D., President Board of Health and ex-officio Recorder of Births, Deaths, and marriages in and for the parish and city of New Orleans, personally appeared, John Peter Nolan, a native of Algiers, LA, residing at no. 35 1/2 Vallette St., Algiers, who hereby declares that on the twenty ninth day of last September (29 September 1886) at his aforesaid residence was born a male child named Thomas Daniel Nolan (White), lawful issue of Deponent, a native of Algiers, LA, aged 25 years, occupation, machinist and Agnes MacPherson, a native of this city, aged 20 years. Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid, J. P. Nolan, as also in that of Messrs. P. H. Lanauze and A. A. Voorhies, both of this city, witnesses, by me requested so to be who have hereunto set their hands together with me after due reading hereof, the day, month, and year found above written.
