Be it Remembered, That on this day, to=wit: the Twenty First of 
April in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty 
Seven [21 April 1887] ... before me, Joseph Holt, M.D., ... in and 
for the Parish and City of New Orleans, 

personally appeared 
Paul Olivier, a native of this city residing No. 98 Washington 
Street who hereby declares, that on the twenty first day of April 
1887 (April 21st, 1887) at his aforesaid residence was born a male 
child, named 

			Henry Olivier (White) 

Lawful issue of Deponent a native of this city aged 33 years, 
occupation Farming and Alice Trouard a native of this city, 
aged 24 years. 

Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid P. Olivier ...
