Be it Remembered, that on this day, to-wit: the Thirty first of 
December in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and 
Eighty One, and the One Hundred and Tenth of the Independence of 
the United States of America, before me Joseph Jones, M.D., 
President Board of Health and Ex-Offico Recorder of Births, Deaths 
and Marriages, in and for the Parish of City of New Orleans, 

personally appeared: 
IGNAZIO RANDAZZO, a native of Palermo Italy, residing at #7 North 
Peters Street, in this city who hereby declares, that on the twenty 
first day of January eighteen hundred and seventy (January 21, 1870) 
in Old Levee near Barracks Sts. was born a male child named 

			VINCENZO RANDAZZO (white) 

lawful issue of ??eponet a native of Palermo Italy .....(?) years, 
occupation Fruit Dealer and the late: MARIA MENEO a native of Palermo 
Italy, aged (left blank) years (left blank). 

Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the afore said........ 
IGNAZIO RANDAZZO as also in that of Messrs. ? & ? both of this City 
witnesses, by me requested as to be, who have hereunto set their 
hands, together with me after (?) his due reading hereof, the day, 
month, year above written.
