Latorre, duly commissioned and sworn Recorder Of Births and Deaths, in and for the Parish and City of Orleans personally appeared: Felix Rice, a native of Ireland residing at the corner of Rampart and Gravier Streets (First district in this city), who hereby declares that on the thirteenth of November of the Year Eighteen Hundred and Sixty-Seven (13th November 1867) on Erato, near Magnolia Streets in this City was born a female child named Mary Rice The legal issue of Mr. Bernard Rice, with Miss Catherine Swords, both natives of Ireland.
