Be it Remembered, That on this day, to-wit: the Twenty-second of 
December in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and 
Twenty Five and the One Hundred and Fifty of the Independence of 
the United States of America, before me N.H. Robin, M.D., Chairman 
of the Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Marriages 
and Deaths, in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, 

personally appeared: 
Mrs. M. H. Rooney, native of N.O. La. residing 1714 Seventh St. who 
hereby declares that on the tewntieth of November this year, (20th, 
of November, 1925,) at her residence was born a Male Children, 
(TWINS,) child, named 

		John Henry & Maurice Edward Rooney (White) 

lawful issue of Maurice Henry Rooney, a native of N.O. La., aged 
34 years, occupation Asst. District Attorney, and Cecile Braquet, 
a native of N.O. La., aged 30 years. 

Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid Mrs. 
M.H. Rooney, also in that P.H. Lanauze and J.W. Stonny both of 
this city, witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto 
set their hands together with me, after due reading hereof the 
day, month and year first above written.
