BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this day to-wit:  the First of October 
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty-seven 
and the eighty second of the Independence of the United States of 
America, before me, Pierre Lacoste, duly commissioned and sworn 
Recorder of Births and Deaths, in and for the Parish and City of 
Orleans, 

personally appeared 
Mr. Hermann Gayer, residing in this City corner of ? and Treme 
Streets, who hereby declares that on the sixth of September of 
this present year (September 6th, 1857) was born in this city 
on Fullon (?) Street between Pleasant & Toledano Streets 

			Antoine & Antoinette Servat

Natural issues of Pascal Servat with Felicite Raymond, a f. w. 
c. and a native of this city.
