R. Olliphant, M.D., President, Board of health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Death, and Marriages in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, personally appeared, John E. Coyne, a native of LA, residing in this City, who hereby declares that on the 24th of June 1895, in Algiers, was born a male child, named John Richard Spellman (White) lawful issue of John Spellman, a native of Algiers, aged 25 years, occupation, machinist, and Carrie Peterson, a native of Algiers, aged 25 years. This done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid, John E. Coyne, as also in that of Messrs. P. H. Lanauze and J. B. Geurbach, both of this city, witnesses, by me requested so to be who have here unto set their hands together with me after due reading hereof, the day, month, and year found above written.
