Be it remembered that on this day to wit, the Twenty-Fifth of 
September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred 
and Ninety-Four and the one hundred and Nineteenth of the 
Independence of the United States of America, before me, S. R. 
Oliphant, M. D., President Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder 
of Births Deaths and Marriages in and for the Parish and City of 
New Orleans personally appeared

Amelia Stier a native of this city, residing at No. 846 Magazine 
St. who hereby declares that on the Twenty-fifth of March 1893 
(Mch 25/93) at his residence was born a female child named

		Caroline Linda Stier (white)

Lawful issue of August Stier a native of this city, aged ---yrs, 
occupation deceased and Amelia Wolfe a native of this city aged 
25 years.

Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid ----- 
as also in that of Messrs. P. H. Lanauze, L. B. Gehlbachboth of 
this city, witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto 
set their hands together with me, after due reading hereof the day, 
month and year first above written.
