Be it remembered that on this day to wit, the Seventh of December in 
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Ninety-One and 
the one hundred and Sixteenth of the Independence of the United States 
of America, before me, S. R. Oliphant, M. D., President Board of Health 
and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births Deaths and Marriages in and for the 
Parish and City of New Orleans personally appeared

August Stier a native of N. O. La., residing at No. 367 Elysian Fields. 
who hereby declares that on the Fifth of November 1891 (Nov. 5th 1891) 
at his aforesaid residence was born a male child named

George Edmond Stier (white)

Lawful issue of deponent a native of N. O. La., aged 22 yrs, occupation 
Dyer and Amelia Wolfe a native of N. O. La., aged 22 years.

Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid ----- as also 
in that of Messrs. P. H. Lanauze, A. A. Voorhies, both of this city, 
witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands 
together with me, after due reading hereof the day, month and year first 
above written.
