Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit: the Fourteenth of 
June in the year of our Lord, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and 
Twenty-three and the One hundred 47? of the Independence of 
the United States of America, before me, John Callan, MD, 
Chairman of the Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of 
Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish of Orleans, 
and the City of New Orleans, 

personally appeared: 
Mrs. A. Sconza (Midwife) native of Louisiana residing 1325 St. 
Anthony Street who hereby declares that the thirty-first day 
of May this year (31st.May 1923) at No. 1110 Frenchman Street. 
was born a male child, names 

		Anthony Joseph Tedesco, Jr. (White). 

Lawful issue of Anthony J. Tedesco a native of New Orleans, 
Louisiana, 23 years, occupation Chauffeur and Rose Crescioni 
a native of New Orleans, La. age 20 years.
