Be it Remembered, that on this day to-wit the twenty seventh of 
April in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine hundred (1900) 
and one hundred and 24 of the independence of the United States 
of America before me, Quitman Kohnke, M.D., Chairman Board of 
Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages 
in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, 

personally appeared 
Salvatore Tedesco, native of Palermo, Italy, residing Carondelet 
Walk and Johnson Streets, who hereby declares that on the twenty 
fourth of December, 1899 (24 Dec. 1899) at his residence was 
born a male child named 

			Antonino Tedesco (white) 

lawful issue of Deponent a native of Palermo, Italy aged 25 
years, occupation laborer and Rosa Cristina, a native of 
this city, aged 22 years.
