BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this day to-wit:  the Seventeenth 
of October in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred 
and Ninety-two and the One Hundred and Seventeenth of the 
independence of the United States of America, before me, S. 
R. Olliphant, M. D., President Board of Health and Ex-Officio 
Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish
and City of New Orleans, 

personally appeared 
Michael Tierney, native of New Orleans, La. Residing at No. 56 
Pleasant Street, who hereby declares, that on the Sixteenth of 
November 1882 (Nov. 16th/1882) at his residence was born a female 
child, name 

			Renny* Christine Tierney (white) 

lawful issued of Deponent a native of New Orleans, La., aged 32 
years, occupation Foreman and Josephone Servat, native of New 
Orleans, La., aged 34 years.

THUS done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid M. Tierney 
also in that of Messrs. H. Lanauze & ??, both of this City witnesses, 
by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands, together 
with me, after due readin ghereof, the day, month and year first above 
written.
