R. Olliphant, M. D., President Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, personally appeared Michael Tierney, native of New Orleans residing at No. 56 Pleasant Street, who hereby declares that on the Fourth of March 1884 (March 4, 1884) his residence was born a male child, named Michael Tierney (white) lawful issue of Deponent, a native of New Orleans, La, aged 32 years, occupation Foreman and Josephine Servat a native of New Orleans, La, aged 34 years.
