BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this day to wit, the twenty-second 
of August, the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred 
and Ninety-Two and the One Hundred and Seventeenth of the 
independence of the United Sates of America, before me, S. 
R. Olliphant, M. D., President Board of Health and Ex-Officio 
Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, and for the Parish 
and City of New Orleans, 

personally appeared 
Josephine Tierney, native of N. O. La. Residing at No. 91 
Eighth St., who hereby declares that on the Seventeenth of 
October 1885 (Oct 17th 1885) at her residence was born a
female child named 

		Fanny Tierney (white)

lawful issue of Michael Tierney, native of N. O., La, 33 years, 
occupation Foreman, and Josephine Servat, a native of N. O., La, 
aged 35 years.
