PESSOU, duly commissioned and sworn Recorder of Births, Marriages, and Deaths, in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, personally appeared: Emma Usner (born McDermott) a native of New Orleans residing corner of Eighth and Chippewa streets in this city.
