Be it Remembered, that on this day, to-wit: the Twenty Eighth of
January in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and 
Ninety Three and the one Hundredth and Seventh of the Independence 
of the United States of American, before me, S.R. Olliphant, M.D., 
President Board of Health and ex-officio Recorder of Births, 
Marriages, and Deaths, in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, 

personally appeared:
Mina Fell, a native of La., residing in this city, who hereby declares 
that on the Tenth of January 1884 (10th January 1884) at cor. Of Calliope 
and Liberty Sts. , was born a female child, named 

			Florence White (white) 

lawful issue of  John L. White a native Mass. aged 60 years, occupation 
Laborer and Mario O'Neill a native of New Orleans, La. aged Deceased. 

Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid Mina Fell and 
also in that of Mssrs. P.H. Lanauze, and Alb. A. Voohries both of this 
City, witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hand, 
together with me, after due reading hereof, the day, month, and year first 
above written
