Be it remembered, that on this day, to wit, the EIGHTEENTH OF 
NOVEMBER in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred 
and NINETY-TWO  and the one hundred and SEVENTEENTH of the 
Independence of the United States of America, before me, S. 
R. OLLIPHANT, M.D., duly commissioned and sworn Recorder of 
Births, marriages, and deaths, in and for the Parish and City 
of New Orleans, 

personally appeared, 
JOHN P. WEIMANN, a native of N. O., LA residing in NO. ?? 
URQUHART ST,  who hereby declares that on the TWENTY THIRD 
OF OCTOBER 1892 (OCT 23, 1892) HIS RESIDENCE was born a MALE 
child named 

			WILLIAM ARTHUR WEIMANN (WHITE)

LAWFUL ISSUE OF DEPONENT, a Native of N. O., LA, aged 28 years, 
occupation, CLERK and THERESA DOERR, a native of N. O., LA, aged 
24 years.

Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid, J. P. 
WEIMANN, as also in that of Messrs. P. H. LANAUZE & ALBA VOORHIES, 
both of this city, witnesses, by me requested so to be who have here
unto set their hands together with me after due reading hereof, the 
day, month, and year found above written.
