H. Robin, M.D., Chairman Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages in and for the Parish of Orleans, personally appeared W. Betz, Jr., an undertaker, native of this city, residing at No. 7611 Maple Street who hereby declares, that Charlotte Hickman, wife of Julius Althaus (white) a native of New Orleans, aged 66 years departed this life yesterday (19 Nov. 1918) at No. 1??? Cambronne Street, in this city. Cause of Death: Brights Desease, Influenza Certificate of Dr. Ford N. Jones Deceased was the daughter of Leonard Hickman and Catherine O'Rouke Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid W. Betz, Jr., as also in that of P. H. Lanauze and W. J. Prudhomme both of this City, witnesses, by me requested so to be, who have hereto set their hands together with me, after reading hereof, this day, month and year first above written.
