Be it remembered Tha on this day to wit the tenteenth of February in 
the year of our Lord One Thousand eight Hundred seventy six and the 
one hundreth of the Independce of the Untied States of America before me 
QUITMAN KOHNKE M D Chirman of Health and Ex-Office recorder of birth, 
Deaths and marriages in and for the Parish of Orleans Personally appeared

Christoph Baldwictz a native of Germany residing at no 169 Liberty Street 
in this city who hereby declares that his beloved wife Marie Fabian a native 
of Germany aged 27 yeas died this day ( Feb 4th 1876) at twelve o'clock a.m. 
deponants residence in this city.
