BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this day to wit:  the Twenty-seventh of June in the year of 
our Lord, One thousand, eight hundred and ninety-one and the one hundred and 15 of the 
Independence of the United States of America, before me, S. R. Olliphant, M. D. Chairman 
of the Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for
the Parish of Orleans, and the City of New Orleans, personally appeared
Emile G. Sander, an undertaker, a native of this city residing at No. 155 N. Peters Street,
who hereby declares, that Irene Campbell, lawful wife of John Bonneval (white) a native of 
this city, aged 21 years, 5 months departed this life, yesterday (26 June 1891) at No. 67 
North Basin Street in this city.
