			A G Schewind and undertaker native of this city residing 
at No. 2917 Magazine Street who hereby declares that August Brunner (White) a 
native of New orleans aged 58 y 4 m & 12 days departed this life yesterday 
(29 Aug 1914) at No. 725 General Tayler street in this city. Cause pulmanary Tuber--
Certificate of ----- 

Thus done at New orleans in the presence of the aforesaid A G Schewind as also in 
that of P H Lanauze & T J ----- both of this city witnesses by me so to be who have 
hereto set their hands together with me after due reading hereof the day, month and 
year first above written.
