			Mr Joseph Brunner residing in the first muncipality 
of this city ----- by the presants declary that his brother JACOB BRUNNER a
native of Baile in Switzerland aged thirty two years died on the first day 
of April of this present year ( April 1, 1850) on Geriod Street, Second
muncipality of this city. The deceased was the legitimate son of Johana
Brunner and of Elisabeth Labek and was not married.

Thus done at New orleans in the presence of the aforesaid Mr Joseph Brunner 
as also in that of Messers Eugene Laurent & ----------------- both of this 
city witnesses by me so to be who have hereunto set their hands together 
with me after due reading hereof the day, month and year first above written.
