D. Chairman of the Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish of Orleans, and the city of New Orleans, Personally appeared E J Rausou an undertaker native of New Orleans residing at No 1024 Elysian Fields Avenue who Hereby declares that Catherine Klees, wife of Henry Brunner (white) a native of New Orleans Louisiana age 54 years departed this life this day (17th of December 1919 at No 1230 Alvar Street in this city Cause of Death Prihmuary Tubercolis Certificate of Dr. H L Zungil deceased was the daughter of frederick Klees and Johanna Brmerman both natives of Germany Thus done at New Orleans, in the preasence of the aforesaid E J Rausou as also in that of P R Lanauzo and W J Prudhommo both of this city, witnesses by me requested so to be, who have set their hands together with me, after reading hereof this day, month and year first above written. ____________________________
