Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit: the second of August
in the year of our Lord, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and thirty-nine 
and the One Hundred and 64 of the Independence of the Untied States 
of America, before me, J. M. Batchelor, M.D. Chairman of the Board 
of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, 
in and for the Parish of Orleans personally appeared G Schoen an 
undertaker native of New Orleans residing at 527 Elysian Fields 
who Hereby declares that
		Christine Hans Brunner 	( White )
a native of N.O. La. aged 67y
departed this life (1st of august 1939) at 4500 St Claude Ave in this city
Cause of Death Arterio Sclerotic Heart Disease. ongestive Failure. Chr Int 
Nephritis.
Certificate of Dr. Peter Everett
deceased was married to Otto Brunner and the daughter of Joseph HAns and 
Charlotte Schott both natives of Germany

Thus done at New Orleans, in the preasence of the aforesaid G Schoen
as also in that of____________ both of this city, witnesses by me requested 
so to be, who have set their hands together with me, after reading hereof 
this day, month and year first above written.
